Hyatt House New York/Chelsea Hotel

The onsite market was a lifesaver. Stumbling back to the hotel after a day of exploring, I raided the market for snacks like a bear preparing for hibernation. The variety was impressive, and it felt like a treasure hunt in a convenience store.

Great location in Chelsea, with easy access to many New York sights and mass transit. Rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any needs.

Had a really comfortable stay for our family vacation and would definitely return here. We liked hotel's staff and location. Downstairs bar was great and reasonably priced.

The venue is contemporary and wonderful, its location is stunning, short walk to Empire State Building and other iconic sites, different subway lines and metros.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the subway stations and all the main attractions were accessible on foot. the hotel facilities were great - the gym and rooftop terrace were my favorites. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the rooms were, made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was a big plus too, with plenty of options to choose from. Lastly, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Staff was courteous, it was clean. Though the view was great, I had large bedroom. The location was easy, at a medium distance from a long-standing department store. Plenty of food at the perfect and savoury breakfast.

The room at Hyatt House New York/Chelsea felt so cozy with its modern amenities like a microwave and flat-screen TV. As a vegan traveler, having a microwave in the room made it super convenient for heating up plant-based meals.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking.

I wish the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage for senior guests.

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Manhattan, with easy access to various subway lines, including a local stop on the R line. It's close to everything, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. The rooms are stylish and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is exceptional. The breakfast spread is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the rooftop patio offers an incredible view of the city skyline.

One minor downside is that the temperature control in some rooms can be finicky, taking some time to warm up or cool down.

This hotel is located in a great area, in Chelsea but away from the hustle of mid-town. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the prices in New York. The rooms are well-equipped, with a kitchenette that was extremely useful during my stay. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh omelets made to order.
