Hyatt House New York/Chelsea Hotel

The onsite market was a lifesaver. Stumbling back to the hotel after a day of exploring, I raided the market for snacks like a bear preparing for hibernation. The variety was impressive, and it felt like a treasure hunt in a convenience store.

Great location in Chelsea, with easy access to many New York sights and mass transit. Rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities, making for a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any needs.

The breakfast options were limited or non-existent, which was disappointing. the elevators in the hotel were slow and made multiple stops, causing delays and inconvenience.

Had a really comfortable stay for our family vacation and would definitely return here. We liked hotel's staff and location. Downstairs bar was great and reasonably priced.

The venue is contemporary and wonderful, its location is stunning, short walk to Empire State Building and other iconic sites, different subway lines and metros.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the subway stations and all the main attractions were accessible on foot. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great - the gym and rooftop terrace were my favorites. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the rooms were, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was a big plus too, with plenty of options to choose from. Lastly, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fairly clean and excellent. Tasty breakfast, lots of options available. The location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a multi-purpose indoor arena. Great restaurant an easy walk to the hotel. It was reasonably priced.

Staff was courteous, it was clean. Though the view was great, I had large bedroom. The location was easy, at a medium distance from a long-standing department store. Plenty of food at the perfect and savoury breakfast.

The room at Hyatt House New York/Chelsea felt so cozy with its modern amenities like a microwave and flat-screen TV. As a vegan traveler, having a microwave in the room made it super convenient for heating up plant-based meals.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking.

The property was clean and stunningly beautiful, had very good location and rooms. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. I enjoyed the room with king bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel's design and layout make it easy to navigate, and the common areas are spacious and well-lit to ensure comfort and safety for senior guests.

I wish the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage for senior guests.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and an omelet bar. a great hotel with modern amenities and a pleasant ambiance.

Exceptional location: This hotel is perfectly located in a great area, away from the hustle of midtown but still close to the popular tourist attractions. Being in Chelsea, it offers a nice, more relaxed atmosphere. Stunning views: The room with its awesome view of the Empire State Building was absolutely amazing. I stayed on a high floor and every time I looked out the window, I was in awe. Friendly and attentive staff: The staff at this hotel were top-notch. They were always on hand to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Breakfast with variety: The breakfast spread had several gluten-free options, and the omelets made to order were delicious. It was a great way to start the day!

The corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows was amazing with great views of the Manhattan skyline. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with tips on getting around the city. The breakfast buffet was better than typical. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in New York.

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Manhattan, with easy access to various subway lines, including a local stop on the R line. It’s close to everything, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. The rooms are stylish and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is exceptional. The breakfast spread is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the rooftop patio offers an incredible view of the city skyline.

One minor downside is that the temperature control in some rooms can be finicky, taking some time to warm up or cool down.

We had a room with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, which was super convenient. the view from our room was amazing, and we enjoyed waking up to that every morning. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as everything was within walking distance. Great for sightseeing and getting around easily.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to attractions and public transportation.

This hotel is located in a great area, in Chelsea but away from the hustle of mid-town. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the prices in New York. The rooms are well-equipped, with a kitchenette that was extremely useful during my stay. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh omelets made to order.

Loved the 24-hour onsite market - perfect for late-night cravings. The rooftop terrace had great views and the free breakfast buffet was a decent start to the day.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightfully crowded breakfast area and the leaky shower. Such a joy.
